StreamFlix offers both free and premium subscription plans.

Premium Subscription:

• Monthly subscription fee will be charged to your payment method
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for partial months or unused time
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Free Trial:

• Free trial available for new users only
• Trial period varies by promotion
• You will be charged after trial period ends
• Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges

The StreamFlix service and all content are for your personal and non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, or publicly display any content
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service on more than one device simultaneously (unless permitted by your plan)
• Circumvent any content protection or DRM systems

Content availability varies by region and is subject to change without notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Abuses or misuses the service
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Is fraudulent or illegal
• Attempts to harm other users or the service

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

StreamFlix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Unauthorized access to your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party
• Any other matter relating to the service

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Terms of Service on this page
• Sending an email notification
• Posting a notice in the service

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where StreamFlix is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
