Welcome to Oye Play, a product of T2 MEDIA. By accessing or using the Oye Play platform, website, or application, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of Service

Oye Play provides online streaming services including Movies, Web Series, Short Films, and TV Shows. The service is intended only for personal and non-commercial use.

2. Intellectual Property

All content available on Oye Play including videos, logos, graphics, trademarks, and software are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without written permission from Oye Play.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Users must be at least 14 years old to access the platform. If a user is below 14 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required. Some content may not be suitable for minors and viewer discretion is advised.

4. Account Registration

Users are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Oye Play reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

5. Subscription & Billing

Access to premium content requires a paid subscription. Subscription charges are billed according to the selected plan and may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Payments

Payments can be made through supported payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. Oye Play is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment gateways.

7. No Refund Policy

Subscription fees once paid are non-refundable, including partially used subscription periods, except where required under applicable law.

8. Geographical Availability

Oye Play services may only be available in selected regions or countries. Availability of content may vary depending on your geographical location.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:
• Share account credentials publicly
• Download or redistribute content illegally
• Attempt hacking, scraping, or reverse engineering
• Upload harmful code, malware, or viruses
• Use the platform for unlawful activities

10. Account Suspension

Oye Play reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in misuse, fraudulent activity, copyright infringement, or violation of these Terms.

11. Content Availability

Oye Play may add, remove, modify, or discontinue any content or subscription plan at any time without prior notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

Oye Play services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.

Your use of Oye Play is also governed by our Privacy Policy regarding collection, usage, and protection of user information.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
